Shipping information
For orders within New Zealand

All orders are shipped via Castle Parcels or Post Haste Couriers and are expected to be delivered 2 working days after dispatch. Rural Delivery addresses are handled by your local RD courier and may incur a delay.

Orders outside of New Zealand
All orders exported from New Zealand are shipped with New Zealand Post using the EMS worldwide courier, the package will be delivered to you by your local EMS partner (e.g. Auspost in Australia) orders are expected to be delivered in 2 - 6 working days
Express delivery is available on request but will incur an additional cost. Contact us prior to ordering for more information.

 

Dispatch Policy
We make all goods to order so they fit your exact needs. As the goods are only made once your order is confirmed our expected dispatch time is 7-10 days.

Should we need to delay your order for any reason we will inform you ASAP and keep you updated on when we expect to get your order on its way to you.

Export Tax Information
All goods are made by hand in Christchurch, New Zealand. As such any order placed for delivery outside of New Zealand counts as an export order and as such is not subject to tax at the time of purchase. Once the goods arrive at the border of your country they may incur your local tax (e.g. VAT in the UK) these charges are not the responsibility of Heritage Bathware and are payable by the customer who purchased the goods. Any import duties are payable direct to your countries Customs department and they reserve the right to charge a processing fee.

Orders delivered within New Zealand are subject to the standard 15% GST which will be charged at the time of purchase.

Our website uses your IP address location to calculate tax requirements, if you think you may have been charged tax by mistake please let us know and we will work with you to fix this.

Payment information
While we display orders in a selection of currencies all orders will be charged in New Zealand Dollars (NZD$) by our bank BNZ (Bank of New Zealand).
